We’re looking for a Content Creation Rockstar who is excited to join an awesome international team at a quickly growing web design company! This position will be responsible for creating our digital marketing and social media content, with an emphasis on email broadcasts, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our podcast. If you can adopt a brand voice, write captivating, fun, and engaging emails and captions, we’d love to meet you! Basic graphic design (Canva), audio, and video editing skills are highly encouraged, too! We move quickly, so the ability to stick to a timeframe and hit quick deadlines is essential! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, responsive, detail-oriented, proactive, self-sufficient, and can communicate effectively both internally and in audience-engagement scenarios. You’ll be a great fit if you’re positive, creative, supportive, and enjoy collaborating with a fun and talented international team!

Responsibilities
- Daily social media posts (IG / FB) - graphics & captions
- Write, post, & share weekly blog posts
- Edit & schedule podcast episodes on our website & YouTube
- Editing both the audio and video podcasts for distribution
- Create Thumbnails & Episode Graphics
- Write show notes & captions
- Retrieve bio, headshots, and links from guests
- Send info & links to guests as needed
- Write & Send Weekly Newsletter
- Video Editing for Online Courses (PDD & Clients)
- Design New Swag & Apparel
Skills
- Excellent communication both internally and client-facing
- Great writer and can adopt a brand voice effectively
- Intermediate design skills and knowledge (Canva) with an emphasis on consistent & aesthetic branding
- Basic audio & video editing skills
- Experience with social media management
- Experience with email marketing
- Experience with social media growth strategies
- Basic understanding of Kajabi
- Interested in business growth activities and tracking respective analytics
- Can manage others / a team assertively and compassionately
